These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Biomogging (“Biomogging,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of biomogging.com, our subdomains, our content, our tools and calculators, and any related services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or 21, where applicable local law requires that age for access to information about regulated substances).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Your use of the Site does not violate any law or regulation that applies to you, including laws governing the import, possession, or use of medicines and controlled substances.
• You are accessing the Site for lawful, personal, educational, journalistic, or research purposes — not in order to procure, distribute, or supply any compound to others.

Biomogging publishes editorial reference content on peptides, SARMs, steroids, GLP-1 agonists, ancillaries, supplements, and related looksmaxxing and biohacking topics. The Site:

You must comply with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you live, the jurisdiction from which you access the Site, and any jurisdiction in which you act on information from the Site. Biomogging does not authorise, condone, or facilitate any unlawful conduct.

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Use the Site to facilitate the unlawful sale, supply, importation, or distribution of any compound, prescription medicine, or controlled substance.
• Misrepresent the Site as offering medical advice, prescriptions, or clinical services to anyone (including yourself).
• Use the Site to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any person, or to promote violence, self-harm, eating disorders, or doping in tested competition.
• Scrape, crawl, mirror, or otherwise systematically extract content from the Site beyond what robots.txt and ordinary browsing permit, or use the Site or its content to train machine-learning or generative AI models without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Site, our APIs, our calculators, or any underlying infrastructure, or attempt to bypass any security or rate-limiting controls.
• Upload, post, or transmit malware, links to malware, phishing content, or any unlawful, infringing, or off-topic material.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including any Biomogging contributor or a clinician.
• Use the Site in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for actual or suspected violation of these Terms, or to protect the Site, our users, or third parties.

Some features of the Site (such as commenting, bookmarking, or newsletter subscription) may require you to create an account or submit information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

If you submit content to the Site (a comment, a correction, a forum post, a quiz answer, or any other contribution — “User Content”), you represent that you have the right to do so and that the User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights. You grant Biomogging a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/moderation), publish, display, and distribute the User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

We may, but are not obliged to, moderate, edit, or remove User Content for any reason — including content that is unlawful, off-topic, advertises sources of controlled substances, encourages dangerous self-administration, targets minors, or otherwise violates these Terms.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, illustrations, data, calculators, software, and the overall look and feel — are owned by Biomogging or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts from the Site for personal, non-commercial, journalistic, or educational purposes, provided you attribute the source and link back to the original page. You may not republish substantial portions of the Site, mirror our content, or use it to build a competing reference resource without our prior written permission.

“Biomogging” and the Biomogging logo are trademarks of Biomogging. All other trademarks, product names, and brand names referenced on the Site (including compound brand names) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only.

The Site links to third-party websites, including scientific publishers, regulatory agencies, news outlets, community platforms, and vendors. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Affiliate links. Some outbound links to vendors on compound, stack, and related pages are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, Biomogging may receive a commission from the vendor at no additional cost to you. We mark these links with rel="sponsored nofollow" and surface a clearly visible affiliate disclosure on every page that contains them. Editorial independence. Whether a vendor offers an affiliate program does not influence whether we cover a compound or stack, how we rate it, or what we say about it. We do not accept payment for favourable coverage, do not let vendors review or edit our content, and do not run sponsored compound write-ups. Where we link to a vendor that has no affiliate relationship with us, we link anyway if we think it’s the best option for the reader.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Biomogging, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, contributors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site or any content on it — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will Biomogging’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Biomogging to use the Site in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (which, for most users, is zero), or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biomogging and its officers, directors, employees, contributors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of, or reliance on, the Site or any content on it; (b) your violation of these Terms, the Disclaimer, or any applicable law; (c) your User Content; or (d) your acquisition, possession, administration, or distribution of any compound discussed on the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or remove any User Content, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including actual or suspected violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including content, features, calculators, and tools. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to draw user attention to the update.

These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, except that nothing prevents a consumer from bringing a claim in the courts of their country of residence where mandatory consumer-protection law so requires.

You agree that any claim must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

These Terms, together with our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and any other notices posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Biomogging regarding the Site, and supersede any prior agreements between you and us on the same subject.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms freely.
