Jawmaxxing
Jawline definition, facial structure, posture.
The jaw is structural — most of it is bone. But how defined it looks depends on body fat, masseter development, neck posture, and tongue position.
There's no compound that grows your mandible. There's plenty that affects how it looks.
What it is
Levers (in order of impact):
- Body fat reduction — fat loss reveals jawline definition more than any other intervention
- Masseter development — chewing-resistance training (mastic gum, hard chews)
- Mewing — tongue-on-palate posture for long-term facial structure
- Neck posture — chin-tuck training
How to Start
If you're above 18% body fat, the highest-impact thing you can do is the Lean hub's protocols. Below that, masseter training + mewing become the marginal levers.
